• Production Time: Once you confirm the CAD (Computer-Aided Design) drawing, crafting your piece typically takes about 15 business days. More intricate designs may occasionally require a bit more time, but your dedicated order representative will always provide you with a precise timeline.

• Shipping Time: We use premium express shipping. Once dispatched, packages to the US and Europe typically arrive in just 5-7 business days.
